Over 20 years as a senior executive in large complex organisations in the public sector has given our director, Andy Spring, a unique insight into public service and the consultancy industry. We bring this insight into our work with our clients to help to solve their problems.

Our Director, Andy Spring, has over 20 years experience at Executive Director level in large complex organisations. He has supported the delivery of major change programmes across the country, particularly in Yorkshire and the East Midlands, that have improved services, improved quality, improved financial performance and developed organisational and system capacity. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and an accredited Performance Coach. He has also worked with the Department of Health and Waitrose to support change and deliver improvements. His track record of improving performance and delivery, supporting change and developing individuals, teams and organisations is second to none.
